Hi thank you for the video. How to answer the question of whether or not a US visa has been granted in the past? Before becoming a Canadian citizen, I had a passport from another country requiring a US visa. However, I no longer have this passport and I have held a Canadian passport for 18 years and for which I do not need a visa. Should I answer this question based on my Canadian passport information? or should I mention having had a US visa in the past as a citizen of my previous country of nationality? THANK YOU

We just uploaded i-864 but the person who filled the form did some basic mistakes. Now since all the documents are submitted to NVC yesterday, we cant change it but we submitted amended i-864 in additional documents list. Will this cause any issue or delay?

Hi! Ours is F3 category and we were scheduled to appear for immigration interview by NVC at Mumbai consulate in may '23(applied by mother for married son, his wife and children). My husband - Main applicant appeared for the interview and got the visa. However I and children could not appear for the interview due to unavoidable cercumstances. Now we are trying to schedule an appointment but can see only OFC appointment but no consulate interview appointment option to schedule. The main applicant already reached USA and has got the green card now. I called and mailed at the consulate numerous times but no help. Pls suggest what to do

Hello ! Please help me understand I filed the Form I-130 to reunite with my son in 2020. I additionally needed to submit Form I-824 (because I didn't provide the address on the form). My account says they received my Form I-824... My case was approved in 2022 and transferred to NVC. I became a US citizen two weeks ago and I need to make a request to change my status. I went to the NVC website and in Public Inquiry Form they are asking for a recipient number but I can't figure out which recipient number I need to enter, for the form I-130 or I-824. The numbers are different. Please help me understand. Thanks in advance for your reply!
