don't get recent hype over cpd, every time i see them in stores they are always hiding in a distant corner or in plants, i think they need pull fish to make them come out more, also not a fan of very fast swimming fish out of same size fish i like - kubotai rasbora

I have 6 CPDs with 3 Endlers & some Corys. No problems so far so good. I got the CPDs at a chain fish store & still no issues. I got lucky I think. The CPDs, Endlers & Corys all have different swimming & behaviors so it makes for a fun tank to watch. Enjoyed the video!

I love these fish! Would like to breed them. I have 8 of them, but haven't seen any spawning behaviour. My water is a little under 7 on ph. Is that the problem?

Used to love red eyed tetras till I started trying to do live plants !! Not to mention they tend to get a bit nippy with long finned fish .Always loved the Curviceps but i haven't seen any in our local pet stores in years, unfortunately .My first cichlids were the regular Blue Acaras and they were a really good beginner Cichlid for my experience level at that point in the hobby and they even spawned many times .I ended up having more than I could deal with and ended up using them for trade value at my local fish store and gave others to friends who were interested in the hobby .

don't think that flowerhorn is a "she". Female flowerhorns dont tend to develop a large kok.

I've been using a Tetra Whisper air pump, sitting on a car-washing sponge, for almost two years, and right now it's powering five airlines--four sponge filters and a box filter. It's in the aquarium cabinet and very quiet. The first valve on any gang valve I have is for a bleed-off valve. This greatly reduces back pressure, which greatly shortens air pump life. When I had my fish tanks in my bedroom, I would put a four-inch piece of airline tubing on the outlet, and then insert a pipe cleaner in the tube. It makes a great muffler! We recently had a power outage, so I just purchased the Aquarium Co:op's battery back-up air pump but haven't tried it out yet. Thanks for another informative video. Take care.

L397 pleco, grows to about 4/5 inches. Green neon tetras are my favourite. Brilliant store by the way 👏 😊.

It's been decades since I've seen wild-type swordtails, too. They need a bigger tank than the platy-hybrid ones do. Cool shop. I hope they do well. Nice video. Take care.
