If I could risk offering a suggestion on the bowing - I noticed you have it tilted toward the bridge… I started this way as well, and had a bit of struggle converting to tilting towards the neck - but it is truly helpful for utilizing the appropriate arm muscles (and preventing injury). It’s hard to go into that world at home with a RUclips backing I wish I had real instruments 🎻 to play with that would be easier to go into the right world of sound as instruments bounce off each other !!! They make music 🎶I also have a really bad violin 🎻 bow it needs rehairing!!!

This price has no words 😶 it rips my heart out and has so much history and meaning. But their is a special person I think about when I play this a survivor of pain and suffering but still smiles and believes 💖😢💖😢
So Sorry to say that to u is the way u play your inst. is better than some other with microphone on their violin which slightly interfering the whole process of quality as player's awareness of that thing on it already created a barriver devides the whole performance.
