this game is better than dark and darker in everyway the skills actually seem impactful the pvp is so much more skill based classes actually feel good to play everyone one can block and parry. i have 150+ hours on dnd and this blows it out the water

My guy was undergeared fighting a boss meant for 3 people lol. That said, you can probably solo it with better gear.
@@crimsondragon9592 been getting closer, but no cigar yet! With a 3 man team / gear it be so easy but I love a challenge!

@@Cape18 haven't played squad, always wanted to but the flying physics are much more realistic compared to og bf3, with a more heavy/ weighted feel
@@MarriedIguanas awesome, so yeah, like squad. You should absolutely play squad mate, it's awesome. It's the perfect balance; not as arcade as battlefield, but also not as boringly realistic and complicated to play as arma

what does this mod do? is it like project reality for bf3?
Yes that's what it's attempting to do, basically a slower paced less arcade and more realistic... just a nice change of pace for a 10+ year game. I honestly love it solely for the vehicle tweaks and changes the helicopters have more weight and are more satisfying to fly.

good, bf4 is way worse in many ways
shitting out my ass here but idk it seems the venice unleashed framework for bf3 has been a thing for atleast like 10 years, so more work has been done on bf3 compared to bf4 so it kinda seems like a big reason this realism mod is a thing is because venice unleashed has had so much work done on it for so long also probably because bf3 is a little bit more grounded in a modern warfare setting compared to bf4 but that's my opinion and ALSO! isn't bf3 basically unplayable on EA and Steam without workarounds because EA is dogshit?
@@kamchatka3601 pretty much sumed it up. There's usually 1 reg official server running it is a weird steam EA combo that has bugs but works alright when ya get it going

Find a multi-player match with friends / invite only and play alone, it disables the ai
