kudos to you for starting a channel. Some feedback that I think could make your videos better: purposeful camera angles - pick a view you want to show, point, shoot, hold, smooth pan, cut. Even with the gimbal, walking shots are rarely smooth. Also randomly swinging your camera is not pleasant to watch, i.e. walking from inside the shop to the outdoor table. Better mic and a mic for your guest. The woman's voice sounds like you're on a zoom call. Edit, edit, edit. Not everything you shoot needs to make it to your YT video. Good luck and hope your channel takes off!
