I remember when I cut the muffler off my first truck lol everyone starts somewhere but pro tip bubba get your exhaust fully ran out with a tip it will sound much better than under the cab I wouldn’t spend money on a cat back get you a muffler from a auto parts store and get it put on much cheaper I personally don’t like the sound of Borla or flowmasters

bro take the resticktror from the pipe its in the start of the pipe a big washer mine went 57mph wheni took that off

Other mods: Increase driven sprocket teeth, decrease wheel sprocket teeth. Get a windshield to improve aero, and make sure to tuc. Remove any unnecessary weight, aka, wheels, bearings, engine, etc. Most importantly, have fun.

So with the boyseen reeds it only gained an extra 2-3mph faster than stock. I’ve got a pw80 myself as well too. 2005 model. Blacked out. Making to go 50-55 flat out bone stock soon.

Very true, you got the same performance gain but this one won’t ruin your engine. Would love to see more mods like pipe, gearing, etc. to see how fast you can get it going.

I have a panterra 50cc that i 125cc swapped and it basicly the same exact frame but 4 stroke i get 50 mph

If you take air screw out your get less fuel. It work s the opposite wat to a mixture screw

If you really want to make it faster for free you should lower the head and do some porting, could make it go more than 50 for sure

Best mod for the airbox is taking the snorkel tube off the top. It's a rubber boot that restricts the flow coming in the airbox. But you'll need to jet the carb leaner to compensate for more fuel! 2 stroke run better with a leaner mix! And the pw80 is super restrictive!!! Taking the baffle out of the exhaust works. But removing the baffle entirely from the exhaust works better!!! Also the exhaust itself. Take it off and fot a big drill bit, a big carbide dremel bit, or a big step up drill bit and drill out the exhaust! When you take the exhaust off you can barely stick your pinky in the exhaust because the hole is so small. Not the port on the cylinder but the actual exhaust itself. Another quick simple mod is deleting the oil pump and actually taking the gear out that is driven by the crank. And run a premix 40:1. One less thing the crank has to spin equals more power

More fuel doesn't equal more power if your fuel air mix is wrong. You probably would have got my power by running it leaner although probably not recommended

i bought a pw80 with a seized engine. ur video acc helped me w sm ideas love to see sm1 else my age also working on the same bike! you should 100% get an different exhaust with an expansion chamber.
