I suffer from STT joint OA in my right hand. Are you located in the U.S? Is the procedure in the video a treatment or just diagnosis? Can I go back to gym workout which includes hand exercises if I successfuly recover from a surgery?
Dear Eran, I don't do surgery but I know the recovery post surgery is too long, we do cortisone, plasma, gel-hyaluronic acid and stem cell therapy but no surgery and unfortunately I am located in Auckland/NEw Zealand but many smart speicialists in the States can do the same

For the medial meniscus will you perform the same plane but on the medial site? Lenght of the needle 20mm would be fine?
Yes the same plane and level use 1 inch (25mm) 25 G needle and for big people 1.5 inch (38 mm) to reach to the superficial adjacent area of the medial meniscus
