There are only so many spaces on a campus and everybody wants to be there. You have a captured audience and there is plenty of security. So the colleges jack up the rental price and its passed on to the students. Go online and see if you can find a coupon and hope they take it. I tried to use aa coupon at the airport and they would not take it.
