Jágr joined the Flyers and the team reached another level. The team has dropped since he left. As for Florida, yes, they are a better team now but his footprint has remained. Ask Barkov or any other player player who played with him there, they all will tell you they've gotten better substantially thanks to him.

Met jagr cool person a.k.a the muffin man.I remember when he was with the pens playing against the devs in the playoffs.3 devs on him surrounded him could not get the puck away from him.Took the shot missed rebound and scored. How does 3 devils players surrounded him and could not get the puck from him. Thats why devils are horrible

This guy would play for free. as long as the teams keep supplying him with muffins, that is. But I've never seen anyone that dedicated to their craft. At his age the average person rather sit down on the bean bag with an xobx controller eating chips. This guy after a hard grueling game, showers, puts on a new set of equpiment and gets back on the ice to practice some more. If I was a rich owner, I'd give him a spot on the team for as long as he wanted it. The guy is still lighting it up in the KHL or whatever league he's in. Probably still a good 10-15 goal guy in the NHL today.
