Replaced a needle but did not tighten it all the way. The needle fell out and broke in the bobbin area. Shut my machine down for days. Had to replace the needle bar and did not align the screws correctly. Ricoma video call was able to see my issue.

Embroidery a test on a 3D Puff design. I should have been using a 3 in puff and I was using a 2 in which made me get a really bad bird nest. It shut my machine down and bent the needle in the plate. Sorry for the horrible video. I was holding my phone and a flashlight. It was just me trying to fix the bird nest.
