It's an Aladdin due to it being comfort height and elongated. Apexes are round and standard height.

The fixtures are 2 Gerber Lafayette urinals (not sure of the year, but they look older possibly than the toilet), a 2010 or newer American Standard Pressure Assisted Cadet toilet, and an American Standard sink. Also awesome video!

The toilet is a Kohler Wellworth Pressure Lite toilet. Great flush too.
All of the Kohler pressure lite toilets have the same look but names are different.
Ok urinals with terrible flusometers and good toilet but bad flush
