no one really records these events as they happened. Who wants to create evidence against themselves. One thing most people don't realize is how volatile these meetings/trades are. Anything can happen Cooler, higher level people in respective organizations handle these negotiations. It's a great scene, but I doubt it would happen in the real world. the ones that broker the meetings usually get a cut to do it, 5-10% of the deal.
