Hook and Harvest is a brand-new hunting and fishing show aimed to highlight the raw wilderness, adventure and thrill the Yukon can offer to those who live on the edge and are captivated by the outdoor lifestyle. We will shoot it this as a documentary style show which will be educational and informative.
For nearly 130 years, the Yukon has been an untamed frontier, calling to adventurers around the globe. Hosted by Mark Dainton, Hook and Harvest will showcase the gritty, authentic realism of what it takes to be successful in the elements of one of the wildest places on earth. Our goal is to captivate the audience through intriguing story telling along with cinematic beauty. With the Yukon having a plethora of game species available for hunting and fishing we will aim to target as many different species as we can to showcase the diversity.

If your by your self how do you have two rods out? Yukon regs only allow one line per angler in the summer, two lines in the winter.

unlimited over the counter. they were introduced to the yukon. about 250 harvests every year

sometimes the experience is worth more than the kill. sometimes. sheep hunting and time spent in the mountains is almost always one of those times but has to be experienced to understand! that one ram was almost a dall! it looked like one of ours here in Alaska

I can barely imagine the physical challenges in a mountain hunt like this. Years ago I hunted in the Rocky Mountains and the high ranges in New Mexico but this is on another level. Fantastic! 👍👍
