I have the 230v version with the niko home control hub. I had to replace the hub due to a malfunction and now the given procedure is not working. It always shows that the digital black is offline, I assume it still looks at the old hub that is offline. There seems to be no feature to reset this….

Nice video, but in Belgium I can only turn outside light on and off with a double pool switch to be legally correct . But niko home controle doesn't have double pool switches... how do you do this ?

Stick to old cabling no need for this we tried it and was very very frustrating to install clients had no lights for two weeks!!!

Just had a funny reply from niko support. Although the new Niko smart dimmers/switches support zigbee, Niko doesn't want you to use them with open solutions like home assistant. When I asked Niko Support about downloading firmwares, they replied... 'Niko is not responsible for the functioning and safety of the Zigbee® devices in case these are used outside of a Niko Home Control environment or when they are connected to a third-party device that is not managed by Niko and on which Niko has no control. In said situation, Niko cannot offer software updates for these products.' Right... talk about vendor lock-in. Hi Andy, thinking of integrating this in our renovations but would love to confirm this works together with non-Niko zigbee devices. Do you have knowledge of people integrating this sucessfully ? As i understood from the niko rep in belgium is that the niko hub will not recognize other devices. So would have to go the other way round - another zigbee hub that recognizes the niko devices. My end goal is trying to integrate it all to homekit. Thanks in advance !

Interesting overview, it would be nice to do a comparision between the system with bus cabling and with classic cabling with the smarthub. I understood from you're video's, that all the showed devices here are only used with bus cabling?

hey, nice video, i rellay learned a lot about other smarthome systems. do you by any chance know anything about the loxone system. i've heard it should be the same or better but i'm not sure which one to use

Does it work with any Zigbee hub i.e. Xiaomi Mi Smart Home Hub or Aquara?
