    Ironically this video showed up for me as a youtube recommendation. Although I find it particularly useful and I'm trying to get rid of some addictions including the cellphone. For me it's one of the hardest because I simply don't know how to replace the phone consuming time to any other thing.

      thank you for sharing this. honestly you are not alone - it is a very difficult habit to break because literally all our life is on our phone! but the fact that you are able to recognise this difficulty is very important, because it means you are one step further in your journey to break it ☺️ what helps me is filling my time with people irl (even going for a coffee with a friend), because that means less time on my phone. even working out at the gym or, even better, going to a workout class can help! think about what are the activities that you already do that do not require your phone and start adding more of them to your day. 💙 but remember: it is a long journey!
