Boy this guy makes it sound like 70 is one foot in the grave. Be active, eat healthy and strengthen your muscles. Yes, socialization is important but maintaining exercise and not just “zone” out to your “old age” . You can have another 20-30 years if you keep active. Never heard advice like walk less. Geez. Put me in the grave early.
