!!!PLEASE READ!! After a lack luster Saturday morning motivational speech, they drag you into a small meeting room where they give another below subpar presentation that basically says the insurance industry is run by old, boring white men and they are a young, fun company helping minorities develop generational wealth. MORE LIKE THEY PREY ON MINORITIES AND TAKE THEIR MONEY!! They try to impress these young people with loud, fun music and the fact that their owner is famous and does interviews with famous celebrities. They never mention that these interviews are done for a different company “valuetainment” owned by Patrick Bet-David, the same guy that is an owner of PHP Agency. They like to flash but never really show anything. Anyhow, opinions are useless but NUMBERS don’t lie, so here we go! I did a “field training” with my son and his recruiter, Jorge Pelayos where Jorge himself told me that ALL funds paid to PHP agents are all funneled through PHP. No agent gets paid from any other insurance source or anywhere else, ALL payments come through PHP agency. With that being said, Jorge verified that there are 33,000 agents total and the expected total revenue for PHP Agency across the United States for 2023 will be about 120 million. Now, since we know that ALL commissions paid go through PHP, we know there’s no other possible company paying the agents. With that, each agent only generates $3,636.36 per year. That’s revenue, not profit. They have 150 offices around the US so they have to pay rent and salaries for actual PHP agents plus other operating expenses all from this revenue. Let’s pretend that only the top 2% of people are actually producing and getting paid, that’s only 660 people (or about 4 people per office), let’s take away a very low projected number for operating expenses (about $80k a year for each office which is extremely low) that’s 12 million a year to lease office space plus other operating expenses for 150 offices. This now leaves us with $108 million to pay out to the agents (again, a REALLY high estimate). We’re only calculating the top 2% of agents though so let’s divide the $108 million leftover to pay the 660 agents (top 2%) that’s only a yearly salary of $163,636.36 per agent each year. Remember that’s only 4 agents max per office. If every agent was making money THE AVERAGE PAYOUT for 33,000 agents would be $3,272 A YEAR. This company is claiming they want 500,000 agents by the end of 2029. They make $200 off of each person that signs up to be an agent plus they then push each agent to buy an insurance policy from them because “how can you sell insurance if you don’t own it yourself?”. You also DO NOT get ANYTHING off of the $200 that YOUR recruit pays to be an agent!! You only start to make residual income off of the insurance policies you sell and your recruits sell. You are required to bring 6 prospects every week!! 3 recruits on a Tuesday night and 3 recruits on a Saturday morning! That’s $1,200 a week for the company off your efforts and ZERO for you. You only make a few dollars if they then happen to buy and sell insurance. This company is a SCAM and not sustainable. PHP AGENCY PREYS ON YOUNG MINORITIES CLAIMING THEY ARE HELPING THEM!! RUN AND DON’T LOOK BACK!!

I apologize for not being Christlike but if you see the way that that cop handled that nurse imagine if you were his suspect in his feelings got in the way that is what leads to officer involved shootings like when your police officer you got to remember you got to be able to handle all kinds of situations and if you can't handle being told no then maybe you're in the wrong job because all adults have to be okay with being told no sometimes
