Grilled Steaks (outdoor cooking)
It is summer and the best thing to do is starting the grill or bbq. Thick-cut steaks are rubbed with a generous layer of homemade steak seasoning then grilled and smothered with bbq sauce & oil.You will want to try this out :)
Ingredients:
2, 1lb bone-in strip steaks cut 1-1/2" thick (or your steak of choice)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon bbq sauce
Salt & pepper
Steak seasoning:
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Method:
Add steaks and season with salt & pepper each side. Next, add the seasoning 1 teaspoon per side . Add 2 bbq sauce and 1 tablespoon of oil . Let it marinade overnight or 3 ho...

I spilled liquid on my mother's recipe for macaroons. This looks more like hers than the recipes with condensed milk. If you use sweetened coconut, should the sugar be omitted or reduced?
