when my friends try to join me or i try to join them it says error occured also when i download more mods do i have to open profile folder and paste everything in there again to the lethal company folder?

can i do mod without using the r2mod? I downloaded the BepInEx and HdLethalcompany mod on Nexusmod. Extracted the bepinex folder into game directory, opened the game, closed it to create the bepInEx config file. Then I extract the HDlethacompany folder into the game directory, change the config of the hdlethalcompany by using notepad. I openned the game but it didnot working (there were no cmd screen after clicking the game so i guess it not working).

its launching but then its says in lethal steam is not launched and shuts the game

thanks for letting me know the first method worked first time but it didint work but when i changed some things cuz some ppl when they but the paramaters on properties there no place for all of the paramaters so you basically have to but the lethal company folder in dowloads or a simple place so it will be place for the paramaters
