At the end of the Genocide run, your LOVE appears to reanimate Chara's body, which has brown eyes, and does not have red eyes. Fan art depicts Chara with red eyes, due to the post-Genocide True Pacifict rough scene, but they are possessing Frisk's body, and comparing the eye colors of Chara's body and Frisk's, it seems likely that Chara actually has brown eyes, while Frisk's eyes are truly red
