I think this song means . It feels like he's desperately trying to convince her that there's still hope , but honestly his actions scream the opposite . He's fooling both himself and her . Getting the cold shoulder from you is like the ultimate freeze and it just gets colder with every unfeeling kiss . He repeats its not over , but that chilly attitude you're throwing around tells the real truth of what we used to have that spark we had ?
