Your grandma is an amazing it sounds like.

I really should’ve died as an infant too. I don’t say that with the intent that I wanna be dead, but this refers to an incident that happened to me when I was only a year old. So, my mom took me to the doctor to get an MMR shot (if you don’t know what that is, it simply means measles, mumps, and rubella) since it was time for me to get one. Well, she didn’t know that I was coming down with a cold or allergies or something of that nature, and I can’t remember if the doctor even checked me or not, but I was apparently not too sick yet because they freely administered it to me. A couple hours later, I’m suddenly limp feeling and then I began to have a severe seizure. Again, I don’t remember this, but my mom said that it was like I lost total control of my own body. Everything on me twitched and jerked, I screamed and vomited everywhere, and my temperature shot up to 106°F. My mom was desperately trying to lower the fever by dipping me in a cold bath, and that made it worse. Finally, I was driven to the emergency room, only for them to tell her “Well, we don’t know how to treat her!”, but everything must’ve calmed way down because I was driven back home and slept for a couple days and my pediatrician came to the house and checked on me during that period. The only thing I remember is waking one morning and throwing up all over my pillow, and then getting out of bed and went back to my regular self. Very scary, but also strange how after that one time I threw up, I was fine afterwards.

I honestly am so glad I found this chanel. It really hurts seeing all the stupid shit you have to go through but seeing you stand up for yourself and push through even if it's the hardest thing ever, it gives me hope. I honestly happy that your alive, but dont beat yourself up over things others did to you, that's something even I'm struggling with but it's going be alr <3

Life can suck sometimes and trust me i know it, but if you went about that hard situations even against all the chances, so? What gonna make you stop? The sky is not the limit for people like you, little one. So live and prove for YOURSELF that you can do it, that you was wrong today. When our mind is very shitty, of course we will think about horrible things..but is more just throughts that we have, and they are now right at all or all the time, so why these specifically thoughts might be true? Btw, try to take care of yourself ok?

i understand how it feels. i was a never wanted kid but my mom kept me and didn’t do a abortion or something to get rid of me. but my grandma was the one that raised me well since my mother never knew how to take care of a baby and my real dad was being a prick. i always ask myself “how come i’m still here?..what purpose do i have?,” and i realized that there are better people out there that actually cares about me than how my mom does. sorry about this, just wanted to say something. 🫂

I get this so much, as a baby I got chicken pocks and as a result got a brain abscess and I almost didn’t get treated for it because the doctors didn’t see me stop breathing, I really should be dead and I’m lucky I only came out of that with only an eye disability. Your grandma is amazing for fighting so hard for you, your incredibly strong for everything for everything you’ve faced and survived even though you shouldn’t have to, I’m sure she’s very proud.

I’m so sorry you had to go through that, but I can promise that I’ll always be here if you need to vent, or just need someone to talk to, truly, I may not be the best at comforting people but will try my absolute hardest. It doesn’t have to be about this, it can be about anything your going through, and I’ll try my hardest to comfort and make you feel a bit better, sure it won’t make your problems go away completely but it might help a little bit
