I can definitely see this being more like the actual trailer. It’s kind of too bad the real trailers barely showed it was a musical out of fear it’d sway audiences away.

Aren't all the Doctors some form of neurodivergent, by human standards? I saw different symptoms in all of them starting with the ninth. I didn't watch the earlier ones, but based on some of their wardrobes, I just assumed it was an ongoing theme that they were eccentric/alien and, by modern Earth standards, would have been seen as possibly neurodivergent.
