2 different apps. Samsung Health on your Samsung phone or watch, or Amazfit watch through the Zepp app. A GPX file is generated and can be uploaded to the Strava app. Strava produces the animated map & statistics. You can screen record the animated map and there you go!

Camino del Norte in northern Spain.

My toe surely needed it.

We did! And we had a lovely tomato and onion salad at the restaurant in the town square.

It was and fortunately we came out Ok.

So far, we've loved the camino.

We're old, and we can still do the miles. We hope to encourage others to get out there.

This was the first time that we encountered an escalator. It took us up to the camino. We were shocked and kind of giddy to find an outside escalator in this part of Spain where it rains a lot. Anyway, no regrets!

Mt. Whitney is another beast. The elevation is the killer, depending on how your body reacts. I didn't have a very good time hiking it even though we made it. I wouldn't recommend hiking it in a day, but the accomplishment is pretty cool. I was a bit nauseous on Timp and more on Whitney. I even had to hurry and use the wag bag at trail crest where there is nowhere to hide and poop!
