Sounds good. Did you get any performance benefits beside sound ?
Despite being an old video. For a Jeep wrangler the blower is always the best option. You’ll never need top end, 100+mph, especially lifted but passing cars on the interstate and merging on a highway needs instant torque and power , supercharger wins for this case
Do you get any droning? The full throttle sound is amazing. Nice!
What’s the lift kit and tire size on this Gladiator?

What mods did you do to it ?
The build sheet is huge, but the key mods are the 9.0L Prefix stroker kit and supporting modifications. (Headers,exhaust, heads, cam, internals) Roughly 825Hp NA. (Crank)

The turbo wrangler shifted fine. Extremely soft suspension, stock motor mounts, and almost 1 foot of shift throw mixed together with the power increase doesn’t equate to smooth shifts under full throttle. Personally I’m curious to see how this would do if the auto had the turbo for less boost loss between gears and the manual with the s/c
Sprintex is the best right off the bottom not a race performance kit but enough to pep up the 3.8 to have enough power to pull the jeep in 6th gear down the highway. Stock 3.8 is almost junk when new.

How much drone do you get in the cab?
Its what I would consider acceptable. But with windows up it’s fine, I do a lot of long drives and it doesn’t bother me.

I love it, sounds nice and makes it more enjoyable to drive. This is my daily as well. I’d do it all over again.

I had this exhaust on my gladiator I had. I absolutely loved when it would shift pop. I now have a wrangler rubicon 2.0 4cyl.

Ride in a RIPP supercharged JT (automatic) and it rips!! Even lifted and with 37’s.

Personally I don’t think it’s too bad. Especially when you’re just cruising on the interstate. I could easily have a conversation with passengers.

How can it be straight pipes if you have turbos in the way?
Don’t be stupid, engine > manifold > turbo > straight pipe. As in no mufflers or catalytic converters.

Hey! How much does the intake actually effect the sound? Is it a lot or a little. I just ordered a borla exhaust atak and wondering if it’s gonna sound like that! Thanks
I installed the exhaust first and that alone was nice and fairly mild. The intake brings out the engine noise and extra rumble. It’s a night and day difference adding the intake with the exhaust. Either way I was still super happy with exhaust only.
