How to get AutoCaptions in Final Cut Pro using CapCut would have been a better title.

Since making this video, I have been using this method a lot for shorts. What I have found is that once the captions are done in Capcut, I just export the full video from there and it's done. I had some issues with the captions looking as they should once brought back into Final Cut so I just prefer to skip the last step of bring it back into Final Cut. Hope that helps.

2:49 This was an error in how I explained it. It's not 'save all attributes' but in fact 'save all appearance and format attributes'. Next time you use your saved font preset, it will maintain the color and outline where 'save all attributes' only saves the font and not the other adjustments.

I am just learning.. but why would you want the black slug. gap???? it just leaves a blank space that I do not want in my project... I have the reverse problem... it always creates the gap when deleting the selected clip.. hoping this tip works in reverse for me...

What about if i dont have this grey line?This is my problem.My time line not stick together so if i cut of something i need to move the all clip to the part what i have cut it of.
