This is a great timer for figure poses or training. There are 15 two-minute intervals for a total of 30 minutes.

This is the basic process for screen printing with a vinyl cutter. While my method is pretty sloppy the results were great, take your time and go slow.

I always wanted some custom stamps and this process is pretty smooth. You can get most of the stuff from inventables. The final depth I used was .05". It works fine.
