Making Arc's Helmet [Skeleton Knight in Another World] [Fusion360 Timelapse]
A timelapse of the modeling process for my Arc Helmet from the anime "Skeleton Knight in Another World"!
Hope you enjoy watching!
I'm by no means a proffessional, I hope to just improve my skills and make cool things.
This is the start of what will eventaully be a full Arc Cosplay that I'll be putting together for future Conventions.
This was roughly 4-5 hours of modeling over about 3 days, and took learning a lot of new stuff that will surely come in handy in the long run.
Why not also check me out on Instagram (@craftblade_) where i post cosplay WIPs and other building stuff!

hi where did you get that model of the head from, its a really good idea to help visualise how big you need to make stuff to actually wear if you were to 3d print these.

What do you recommend for learning surface modelling, I'm already semi confident in solid modelling but would like to start doing helmets and other more organic designs which aren't really possible with just solid modelling.

When modeling the top head parts, how do you mate them together as a perfect fit (together and with the face piece) in fusion? Great vid, learned a lot

Hey! I use a program called Armorsmith Designer. It allows you to create a 3d avatar based on your own measurements for sizing cosplay and such. I exported the avatar from there and cut it so just the head was left and used that. It is a paid program, but I'm sure you can find generic 3d heads online pretty easily for free. Hope that helps! Also thank you! I hope I can make more in future :)
