Welcome!
We are both dog groomers, and have been grooming for quite a few years now. My autism is actually how we became dog groomers as I seem to be able to communicate with dogs better than humans! We are a Mother and Daughter duo who enjoy working together, take great pride in our work and absolutely love what we do.
We keep our salon equipment up-to-date to ensure we are able to maintain our high quality standards.

I’m having a really difficult time potty training my Lhasa apso

Have you done a full video on going long haired chihuahua? I would be interested in seeing that as I need to groom my daughter’s long haired chi. I’ve done it completely once but that was a while back. He’s almost 13 now and he can get tired quick and he’ll try to nip if he’s at that point . Also I couldn’t understand you right before you said “come over here and see what I’ve been working with “, sounded muffled to me.

omg … I met a really cute long hair chi aua aua and totally fell in love with her. No thinking intensely if I‘ll be able to take care of a living being and get one :)… if all are so sweet i will be fine :)
We had this type of dog as kids, excellent mix. Great groom! (I notice you've put a plastic sheet on the ceiling, probably to reduce drafts. This is not great for the wood, actually. Can really increase mold & rot risk. Better to use some thin insulation, a proper vapor barrier & a thin interior sheathing.)

I really enjoyed watching this groom. I have an over-sized Shih Tzu named Squirt, who I rescued about a year ago. She's been going to a groomer since I got her, but I'm just starting to groom her myself. I wish I had a helper like Lexi to help me. Thank you, ladies.

What about dogs hearing?
Toby is very comfortable with being dried. For the very few dogs we have that experience hearing sensitivity or anxiety with loud noises, we will use a happy hoodie which helps muffle the sound of the dryer. All of our equipment and products are dog friendly.

Why removing the fringes near the ears, they are a Nd bed characteristic?
We remove this to help balance the look, because we take Bruce rather short.

What regular shampoo do you recommend?
hi, for Holly (a Pomeranian), we would recommend using a deshedding shampoo to help loosen the under coat. Many Thanks, Teresa&Charlene
