A perfect balanced high protein and low carb(more like zero carb) meal✨ This keto kimbap has become a popular choice for young people on a diet, as well as for Korean celebrities/idols looking to lose weight or stay in shape. Zero rice, but tastes exactly the same as the regular kimbap - I was so surprised when I first tried it😂

Being informed makes a big difference these days! I've seen, at least in my parents social media, that fast & suspiciously convenient ways to lose weight and cut down body fat are continuously advertised to them. Surprised how much of the updated science has saturated what I see in my social media as opposed to theirs.

No self-respecting Korean woman would voluntarily tell you she uses MSG.😂😂❤ It’s going to be 99F here tomorrow, that looks like the perfect dish for it. Thank you.✨🌷

@@ricely_ thats the thing. I mean since we re going to put salt, is it common if i put MSG instead? since msg is more umami

Korean chicken soup aka #samgyetang for two - two small whole chickens - glutinous rice 80g (was and soak it before using) - two stalks of leek or 4 stalks of spring onions - one large onion - 20 cloves of garlic for the broth, and two garlic cloves each for the rice inside the chicken - 8 dried dates Season the soup with salt, pepper and serve it with some fresh chopped spring onions. It would be nice if you could add fresh ginseng in it. But since it’s difficult to find outside Korea, try the recipe without ginseng, and it’d taste just as good✨
