Epileptoform alone does not conform a diagnosis of epilepsy Epilepsy is a clinical diagnosis that requires - recurrent seizures - EEg (it is not sufficient for epilepsy) epilepsy) -MRI and ct scan and other rutinly investigations

Sir,can we permanently cure sezureattack in 40+year oldmen?
The possibility of curing seizure in a person 40 year old depend upon cause If seizure is chronic ( epilepsy) and unknown causes Then treatment - Antiepileptic medication -life style changes - stress reduction - adequate sleep - meditation 🧘♂️ - yoga - Good diet And if the seizure causes specific such as a brain tumor, infection, metabolic disorder Then - surgical removal of brain tumor and cure the infection of specific antibiotics and balance electrolytes Consultant a neurologist and epileptologist
