@@manifestnationyt Although very pleasant it also felt a bit rushed, so you really have to prepare a bit for it in advance. Other than that it was really nice and I could feel that it worked.

@@kebman Thanks for your comment! I've been working on a speed that is slower, but also isn't too slow. Generally, my videos that are very slow receive the worst feedback. I hope you like the speed in my most recent videos!

@@manifestnationyt ​ No, no, the actual speed is _perfect._ The problem is the length. It's too short. The meditation ramps up too fast and it's crammed with too many things at too short an interval. In order to get the benefit, I really have to be ready before I even play the video. And then I don't get enough time to calm down and truly get ready to digest the affirmations and let them truly sink into my subconscious. This is what I mean with it seeming rushed. If you simply slowed down the playback, I'd have to speed the playback to 1.5x or something. Instead it's the amount of info in there, and the pacing of that info. Anyway, it still helped me tho, and for that I'm really thankful! 💖

Ohh, I see what you're saying. I do want to focus on making shorter videos for right now, but I may try making them longer in the future to fit more information in.
