From the UK? Yes they were quite strict with all the baggage sizes; a lot of people had to remove items from their bags during the checkin process. If you are given a check in baggage size of 23kg, they want you to have maximum 23.7kg, anything 24kg you must remove items. And depending on who is attending to you as well, as some won’t even allow more than 23.3kg

True; but again you never know who would help you because of your smile/manner of approach; in as much as you are working for a company, you are also selling/advertising yourself as a human being and you never know a customer that will like that smile of yours and decides to favour you; Also, it could even be their manager decides to replace them because they aren’t smiling to their customers and if you can’t please my customer as a customer representative, no doubt any manager would replace you without second thought because it is all about their business, remember!
