As it's just the Solar Panels that produce the power, it seems to me the appliances can't be used when there's no power output from the panels (night time, no sunshine, etc). I can see you are cooling the iron with water. Does this connection disable the iron regulator?

If you cab connect your appliances directly from the solapanels without battery , can't you also connect ice block machine that has a VDC compressor

Good video, but sir it could have been better to use good quality Nickel strip, that roofing shit will be so lite for that size of your battery and also the voltage of your spot welder is too high it should not be more than 1.5volts. good luck sir.
