Hi! My name is Kaye. I am a professional chef and the owner of Petal Crafts and Halley Reh Fine Moissanite Jewelry. In the beginning, I designed tools and molds for decorating cakes and I taught cake decorating privately. I created this channel to show new and professional cake decorators how easy it is to make gum paste flowers. This time, I wanted to share more by showing you not only how do bake and decorate cakes, but also show you some gourmet cooking skills, desserts, cookies, tarts, chocolate confections and some day to day life happenings and challenges as a business owner, a mother and an avid traveler. I hope to teach as many people as I can how to make delicious baked goodies and savory food and earn from home while having fun!

I have been wanting to try Industry Kitchen's $2k pizza forever. But with my ever busy schedule, I can't fly to NY on a whim. More so now that we can't travel anywhere.....what's a girl to do?? Well, I'm a chef after all, so here's my home version with my own personal twist of this pizza...Industry Kitchen’s pizza didn’t use any sauce at all. The white Stilton cheese served as the sauce. I made mine with parmesan béchamel, which in my opinion added an extra “Oomph”. This pizza is unbelievably tasty! I can't compare it to anything else because it's nothing like I've ever had before.... If I save enough for next year’s holidays, I will make this pizza again!

How much were the ingredients?
1 kg of powered sugar is how many cups if you could let me know I would appreciate it please

What type of gum glue do you use, i like the idea of it having the brush applicator like you use

Anywhere between 12 and 16 depending on how big I need the flower to be.
If I use pasta roller to roll out gumpaste what thickness would you use

Beautiful work, as well as, very clear instruction. Too enhance the realism. The center, which I believe, is called the “pistol”, cover with edible glue, then roll in course cornmeal. Not only is the texture realistic the color is very close. Thank you and best wishes !
