Gratitude and Request for Further Engagement on Mental Health Dear Dr. Janet Muia and Dr. Marianne Wambui, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for your insightful talks on mental health and depression. Your expertise and dedication in shedding light on these crucial topics are truly commendable. As a member of the informed Kenyan community, I deeply appreciate the efforts you both put into raising awareness and understanding of mental health issues. Your discussions have illuminated the integral role of mental health in our overall well-being, and the sobering statistic you shared about the prevalence of mental health challenges in Kenya (1 in 4 individuals) highlights the urgent need for increased awareness and support. I am particularly struck by the realization that many individuals may be suffering from mental health issues without even being aware of it, and thus may not seek the treatment and support they need. Your talks serve as a wake-up call to prioritize mental health awareness and destigmatize seeking help for these issues. I encourage you to continue your efforts in reaching out to Kenyans through various platforms, including social media and other forums. Your work is invaluable in fostering healthier and more resilient communities. Once again, thank you for your dedication and expertise. May God bless you abundantly, and I eagerly look forward to more engaging discussions and talks on mental health in the future. Warm regards, Ayub Kathurima

All this fancy equipment, but couldn't save my daughter's life.
*Uhuru had a generous heart, it is unfortunate and ironic that the people who benefited the most from his development agenda gave power to a Mr. Ruto, who is an excellent talker with very lttle heart for such projects as shown in this video*
Worst hospital ever
Worst hospital with the worst employees ever .
Worst hospital ever . Imagine going there at 9am paying a consultation . And get paying blood work done only to be told at 530pm the machines are not working come back on Monday. Mind you today is Monday. They need to stop hiring inexperienced people and people who don't care patients. You care die while waiting inline
