Hi Erial, I hope you're well. The criteria for moving to the UK will depend on how you are able to fund the purchase. In the case of purchasing with cash, this can be straightforward. However, if you require a mortgage you will need sufficient visas and to be a resident in the UK for a significant time period, only after this time period will a lender consider you. A charming house that is perfect for me at my present stage in life. I like the layout and am surprised that at that footprint they haven't gone for that awful thing where you have to go through the kitchen or sitting room to get to the downstairs loo.
