Nope
Haha I hear ya! Had I know at the beginning that we'd be doing that I probably would have said "nope" as well. Thanks for watching!
All of my diving has mostly been in the pacific. It’s cool to see how big the differences are and some similarities. You have some very cool videos!
Thanks so much! Most of our diving has been in the Caribbean. We have done some diving in the Pacific and Indian ocean and it is always odd to see. We see a lot of the same fish, but they are a different species and have slightly different variations and colors. And sometimes just completely different fish. Saw some manta shrimp and crocodile fish in Kenya recently. I'm not sure I've seen those other places. We did just do some Pacific diving in Costa Rica at Las Catalinas and it was better than we expected. I should have some videos of those dives out at some point. I see you have some videos as well. I'll have to check those out. Thanks for stopping by!
what did you use for poles lite?
Very nice trip
awesome 🎉
Thanks for watching!
Great video!
Thanks so much! I'll have to check out your channel as well. Looks like you have a similar amount of videos and subscribers as myself :)
@ChrisChrisman Yes, welcome to my channel, alot of wildlife videos from the different parks in Kenya and many more to come. I just started posting my wildlife videos in the beginning of the year. Hoping to grow it to a substantial level. Also great to interact with fellow adventurers like yourself. Hope you had a great time in Masai Mara.
Wow, you have a lot of videos already. That's great! I'll check them out. I wish you success! RUclips is long road in my experience and only passion will keep you motivated. My wife says I only make videos I want to watch :) She's right, otherwise they would be much shorter. Best of luck.
Beautiful video! And funny that the dog took your glasses!😅
It was super funny! Just some random beach dog in Costa Rica. It was quite unexpected! All the dogs and cats around there look super well taken care of, though. Thanks for the comment!
What camera did you use to film the underwater shots?
Sorry, just saw this. This was a GoPro. I think it may have even been a GoPro 7 for that. I now use a combination of GoPro 9 and 11, but will probably get the newer version soon. The 9 has a little wonkiness on the stabilization and the newere ones are so much better. I shoot all my videos at 4Kx60 or higher. The higher frame rate certainly adds to the smoothness. It helps that the water there was so clear! GoPro's aren't perfect and sometimes you will miss a great shot, but that is why I usually have 2 going at a time. That and so I can get different angles for my videos. Underwater though I typically only use one at a time. Let me know if you have other questions. Thanks for visiting!
Were you treated nicely?
The people there were very, very friendly and super polite. In fact, most everyone we encountered in Kenya were very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here at all. The animals around the resort are great to see and it's a good add on to one of the other safari places like Amboselli or the Masai Mara as long as you don't have to travel too far. Boating with the hippos at Lake Naivasha was fun and interesting. I just wouldn't make this your only stop for a safari. It's more like a resort with animals...and super nice people :)
beautiful creatures.... Wonderful video, thanks for sharing
Thanks for visiting again!
Haha I had a good chuckle when you mentioned finding fresh produce. I think we spent 10 days in PR without greens and ended up getting a salad at Wendys since we were dying for some fiber in our diet if you know what I mean lmao
Oh that's great! I know exactly what you mean :) I love Puerto Rico, but certainly don't miss the grocery stores in the smaller areas like Culebra. Produce was hard to find...and not a lot of fiber in Doritos. You sound like us, we definitely need our fiber and especially on vacation. Good to hear from like-minded people. Great comment lol.
@@ChrisChrisman Too much mofongo can definitely clog the pipes 😂😂
Costa Rica is truly a paradise, lush forests, stunning waterfalls, mysterious caves, and pristine beaches. Your video captures the essence of "Xtreme Costa Rica" perfectly. From cave explorations and bungee jumping to zip-lining and beyond, the adventure never stops. The filming and production are top-notch. Nice glimpse into all the excitement. Thanks for taking us along on this thrilling journey. It looks like an absolute blast.👍
Thanks so much! Always good to hear from you! I've been so busy making videos that I need to get caught up on my favorite channels.
Huge mistake.
Hopefully watching the video wasn't the huge mistake :) I may have oversold it a little bit, but id did seem like a huge mistake for us. We ended up getting new passports just in case.
What time of year were you there? Was the water cold? I see that you are wearing a wetsuit to snorkel.
We were there in late January. You'd be fine without a wetsuit unless you get cold easy. We tend to always wear one to protect us from the sun and any coral if we get pushed into it. They also help you float a little more. Have fun if you go!
Amazing adventure
Thanks for watching!
wonderful animal my friend so cool to watch

Well I'm gonna start training now... Lol
Lol yeah it was tough for us hiking and being up that high :)
Fantastic video. Thank you for sharing these six safety tips with us. The animal views are incredible, especially the close-ups. It was fascinating to see the three male lions feasting on the buffalo. I found it interesting that camouflage is restricted to military use in some countries. The information, narration, and videography were all top-notch, and your editing is very professional.
Thanks so much Gasper! Means a lot coming from you since your videos are so good.
Really great adventure, thanks for sharing
Thanks! Interesting day for sure.
Wow, great places to visit. Thanks.
It got a little crazy at times, but was a great place to visit!
wonderful safari lots of willd animals my friend enjoy and have fun #careless
Thanks so much!
You showcase such incredible destinations. The game drive must have been fantastic, with all those stunning animal sightings and breathtaking views. That river sounds beautiful. I find hippos both a bit intimidating and thrilling at the same time. Also, it looks like lunch was delightful, and your room seemed very inviting. Thank you for sharing your experience at Mara Eden Safari Camp. Have a wonderful week.
The river and snorting of the hippos at night was quite calming really. I also find hippos to be intimidating, but also interesting and majestic at the same time. Just don't get too close unless you are in a sturdy vehicle :) It was a true experience we will never forget. The room was basic, but turned out to be perfect. Thanks for your continued support!
Wow amazing ! Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks for watching these underwater Hawaii videos. It is amazing there! We do lots of activities, but will have many more snorkeling and scuba videos out in the coming months. Take care!
Wow!!! Great footage! What kind of camera did you use. ?
Sorry for the delay! I shot this with a GoPro 9. I also have a GoPro 11 that I shoot my newer underwater videos with. Above water I use a combination of the 9 and 11 to get different camera angles at the same time or different perspectives. For Scuba (deeper than 30 foot or so) I use a red filter on my GoPro. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Awesome 😊👌 enjoy God blessings ☝️ stay safe out there 🤔 IN JESUS NAME AMEN ☝️ Cheerz from Auckland New Zealand 🇳🇿
Thanks for the blessings! Cheerz!!
Humm? Ss a puerto rican... this does not feel very puerto rican
We did a lot more cultured and true "Puerto Rican" stuff in Old San Juan. There we ate local food and visited local neighborhoods. Unfortunately, this was during covid and a lot of the more authentic places were closed in Rincon. We hope to go back to get to try more local stuff.
Interesting adventure moment
Thanks for visiting again!
I'm always happy to see videos of food. There is a taste and scent that brings joy to everyone. Good video! I like this. I will come see you again.
Thank you so much! We are definitely foodies so we do feature a lot of food in our videos. It's a great way to get to know the country or the place you are in. The food in Peru was wonderful. Even the cui wasn't too bad, but probably won't do that again. Thanks for visiting and hope to see you again!
Really great adventure
Thanks for watching!
I got vertigo just watching this 😮😢
Yeah this is more than we signed up for :) It looks scary and it was scary! Probably good I didn't know it was going to be like that at the beginning. Such a relief once you reach the top, though. Great trip! Take care!
I absolutely adore snorkeling. The underwater views are spectacular, and the videography is impressive. Water Lovers Beach looks incredible, and the resort seems amazing as well. The food looks delicious, and that sunset is just stunning. Wishing you a wonderful week ahead! 🌊🐠🌅
Thanks! It's always nice when you can snorkel right from the hotel. The boats there were very interesting. Yeah it was a very nice resort and the people and food were great. Thanks for your support!
What camera do you use for your recordings?
For underwater
Sorry just seeing this. I detailed some settings I use in another comment, but I use a GoPro 11. Any GoPro after 9 will probably give you good results though.
I hate to see how people touch the sea creatures - the starfish, for example, have very sensitive skin and we can give them fungal infections that kill them days later. They can't breathe in the air. Keeping them out of the water is like pushing a land creature underwater to be observed. The coral reefs are no longer as beautiful as they were 10 years ago, and in 50 years no one will come to Diani to snorkel or dive if things continue like this.
I completely agree! As I mentioned in the video we don't ever touch anything or try not to. We found it odd that the boat captain kept handing stuff to us. We didn't know what to do. If you watch our other dozens of underwater videos you will see we rarely touch anything and try not to touch anything at all. Thank you for your comment. That is very good advice!
Idea to save old passports for novelty stamps. Thanks for the video!
You're so welcome! Thanks for watching!
Jekyll is a no for me. Tybee has more activities, better food and better beaches. Plus on Jekyll you have to pay to go on and off the island each time.
We definitely found more to do and more places to eat in Tybee. Jekyll is a cute and we like driftwood beach, but it's fairly small so you better take everything you need otherwise you will be paying to leave and come back. Thanks for your comment! I'm sure other people will find it helpful.
Really nice tour. Such a great experience
Yeah that was a fun one! Thanks for watching.
That was beautiful!! What camera did you use? Can you also share video settings like White Balance etc while filming underwater that may have helped you for such clear and blue looking water? Thanks in advance!
Well it certainly helped that the water there was so clear. I only use GoPros underwater although other action cameras might work as well. I believe I filmed this one with a GoPro 9 and my more recent videos with a GoPro 11/12. Some people say to shoot at 4Kx30 to get more light, but I always shoot at 4Kx60 and it turns out way better. 4Kx30 may work better where you need longer shutter speeds at deeper depths, but 4Kx60 is good for snorkeling. I turn sharpness to medium, turn color to flat (then color grade in DaVinci Resolve). I use Horizon Leveling and that's about it. I don't touch many of the other settings and just use Auto White Balance. Hope that helps! Good luck and let me know if you have other questions.
@@ChrisChrisman thanks for sharing, this is helpful!
Wow, so many fish! Your videos are really clear. Thanks for sharing! I didn't get to go here because it was too hard to get a spot, and I gave up. But I had great snorkeling in Maui! There's only one type of fish you have here that I haven't seen, the brown and white patterned one.
Sorry you didn't get to go here. I know it gets incredibly busy. We got there very early in the morning just in case. I would love to snorkel in Maui! We also had not seen the brown and white patterned one before. We are used to diving in the Caribbean so it was nice to see different types of fish. Thanks for watching!
I have been to all three places many times, but I LOVE Savannah and Jekyll and St. Simons Islands. Savannah and Charleston are my favorite Southern cities. I have been visiting St. Simons and Jekyll Island for 65 years. Love south Ga.
That whole area is great! Savannah and Charleston are amazing cities. We are going to check out St. Simons Islands next time we go back. You must like it to be going back for 65 years! Thanks for the great comment.
@@ChrisChrisman My dad used to work away from home in Brunswick and St. Simons in the early 1950's. We lived in SC near Augusta. GA. We began then visiting St. Simons, Brunswick and Jekyll back then. The causeway to Jekyll was not yet built when he first went down there. My dad had an apt. right on East Beach in St. Simons next to the Coast Guard station.
The landscapes are truly breathtaking, and the sight of so many llamas and alpacas is fantastic. The museum's display on transforming wool into high-quality clothing is fascinating, especially with dyes from vegetables and insects. The beer-making process using saliva is quite unique. Your video wonderfully highlights Peru's rich heritage and natural beauty. Have a great weekend!
I always appreciate your great comments! You wouldn't think a textile and llama/alpaca museum would be that fun, but it was super interesting and the animals were great. So many great landscapes in that area. Thanks for watching!
I dont think I've ever heard a llama's sound before! You're so brave to get close to them. Thank yo ufor sharing your adventures!
We hadn't heard one before either. So funny and interesting. We loved all the llamas and alpacas. Thanks for watching!
I love snorkeling at Hanauma Bay. On the beach side of the reef it is a great place for novice and starter snorkelers (roughly 4 ft depth). On the other other side of the reef I would recommend only those who are least SOLID INTERMEDIATE and a strong swimmer as well. This is because suddenly beyond the reef the depth increases dramatically (just ten yards beyond the reef depth appears to be about 20 ft) and there is a set of currents out in the larger area which can carry you toward the mouth of the bay and thus the open ocean, and the "Maui Express"(swimmers and others have been lost in this strong inter island current0, so you need to be solid and have good judgement once you take on the larger cone area. You have to remember it does take WORK to get back to shore. [this whole bay is a volcanic cinder cone, now filled with ocean, wildlife and corral]. There is a thing called "Toilet Bowl" just out beyond the northern side of this bay, it's also potentially dangerous, this is a lava tube type formation, and thus better for those with good sense and strong swimming skill. The locals seem all to know this stuff. All that being said, this is a fantastic snorkeling area, with many opportunities to see ample sea life and to explore reef area, learn to snorkel, and plenty of area to explore once you get good.
Thanks for the great comment and info! I totally agree that you should be a strong or very decent swimmer if you go to the other side of the reef. We saw the signs and were quite cautious. We did get into a bit of current. I would definitely not go out there without a decent set of snorkeling/scuba fins. You can rent gear there, but we brought all of our own since we also scuba dive a lot. Our fins are quite large, but that may not even have been enough for some of the areas you are describing like the Toilet Bowl. Really good info. I hope everyone reads your comments before going there, but yes it is very safe on the beach side of the reef. It truly is a magical place. I would like to go ever further out next time, but will definitely do more research first. Thanks again!
Your pronunciation of Huayna Picchu is terrible and actually is derogatory please be aware of that.
Oh really? I'm so sorry. I try to pronounce everything as best I can. Certainly did not mean to offend anyone.
@@ChrisChrisman totally fair, I want to know what the pronunciation is too
Wow indeed really incredible tour, so much to see, taste and do in this part of Peru
This was just one day out of two weeks. Every day was packed with adventure. So much to see and do around the Cusco area of Peru. Thanks for watching!
Great tour
Thanks! Such an interesting place.
Such a great adventure. Nice sharing

Hello dear can u tell me please wich kind of airport in this place??? You flight to Nairobi and take taxi to this place???? Or I can get transfer from hotel??? And safary include in hotel or u must pay more???? Thank u 🩵🩵🩵
You would probably fly into Nairobi then take some kind of transportation (taxi, shuttle, safari service) to Naivasha. The price of the hotel would include seeing the animals there, but it isn't what I would consider an actual safari. More just a hotel with animals around it. You can go over to Lake Naivasha and explore the lake and island which would be more like a safari. That costs extra, but is not very expensive. Naivasha Sopa Resort is very nice and you can get quite close to the animals. Let me know if you have any other questions.
@@ChrisChrisman thank you so much dear I so much gratitude to you. 🙏🙏🙏🩵🩵🩵💚💚💚
Wow. Those stairs are really sketchy and scarry but totally worth it. The name stairs of death is fitting. Amazing views of the Putucusi mountains, Urubamba River and ancient Incan city. Also love that cave. You share the most amazing places. Great information and videography.
