Well guys, I figured I'd make this Introduction Video for the Potara Podcast, mainly to explain what the Potara Podcast is about and what sorts of Content You guys can expect from the Podcast! I thought it was going to be if the my hero characters were turned into Yugioh cards ngl. I do like some of them you picked along side them but not sure about others. I do like Deku having stardust dragon because he’s protecting someone from being “destroyed” by “tributing” himself. But I also think he should have a card that buffs him until the end phase or something since we’re talking about early Deku it seems. Also missed opportunity for Toga to have “Vampire sucker”

Honestly loved your take here, hope kendo is in 1a as her dynamic with izuku is sweet and comedy if you did izuku x kendo and later shoto x momo, two best friends be sisters XD Still excited to see how this more prepared izuku habdles the story, definitely excited for enji arc here but know this, if shoto throws that "are you secret love child" line his twin is ready to smack him Lastly love hiw helpful fuyumi is in this what if, she's truly the best todoroki
Fuyumi easily wins the best sibling award! Kendo in 1-A could be fun, plus it could be interesting to see someone else try to reign in Monoma.
@@ThePotaraPodcast it's definitely funny when you compare shoto and natsuo to her, with kendo I can see her replacing a couple students, easiest be seto, mineta or sero
Ojiro could also be an option for who could be swapped out since Kendo, and in this timeline Izuku handles his Martial Arts gimmick

I liked this but it stayed too close to canon. Izuku being quirkless and still getting OFA feels unoriginal. Izuku being rich here also makes zero sense he would still go to the same public school as Bakugo. He would have probably gone to Soma and been friends with Iida. Rei still having her breakdown doesn't make all the much sense. Izuku was a mama's boy so being close to her probably would have prevented that. Criticism aside I did like Kendo being added and it's not entirely the same. I think it would have been funny to see All Might's reaction to Izuku being Endeavor's son.
For your first point, I don’t think changing Izuku’s parents would change him being quirkless. For your second, I’ve said in the video that Izuku went to the same Middle School as Shoto which at least to my knowledge, isn’t a private school. As for your third point, that’s certainly a fair point. I definitely think seeing All Might learn that Izuku is the son of Endeavor could be fun, and who knows we could explore that plot point during the Sports Festival.
@ThePotaraPodcast Thanks for the reply and sorry if I came off too strong or too overtly negative. Just had some issues. Still think it would have been a rich middle school though. Are the classes going to be the same or will someone be swapped out for Kendo?
