Is there a way to save this preset?
im having problem with the export, when i export it, doesnt look the same, please what can i do ?
Have you made sure that your preview window's quality is set fo "full"? If it's either 1/2 or 1/4 you're not seeing the real image prior to export and you might have to tweak a few parameters to get the result you desire. Cheers!

Thanks for the tut! Can you give more details about why AE's internal engine doesn't work? Even in AME, I'm having a different look than my preview :(
SOLVED: You can use AE's render, just make sure "quality" is set to "Current" instead of "Best Settings"

Still an actual tutorial!
it's creating a bunch of lines for me on a completely white background. EDIT: I just had to rasterize the adjustment layer. EDIT2: The rendered material, and yes, I rendered it throough media encoder, made it a mess. The blocks are not individual pixels anymore and instead a have blended and sharp mess.

Tip: When setting CC RepeTile, you can use an expression to auto fill the pattern even if you change the composition's size. Just alt+click the stopwatch to open the expression editor on each parameter and type the following expressions: Expand Right and Expand Left: "thisComp.width/2" (Without quotes) Expand Down and Expand Up: "thisComp.height/2" Be happy!
