Hello and thank you for a great video. ms INSPIRATION was my second ever cruise, in fact I took mine later on in 2005 November 26. I turned 12 on that cruise, and 27 tomorrow LOL the time just flies on by! Thanks again for capturing great video of what would've been exactly how I lived it in November 2005.. it's so nice to see it back before it's refit and arrival to Los Angeles, and of course now it's retired. So it's nice to have this as reference!

FYI, this is the replacement part I ordered: amzn.to/3rmBM5v I did an image of it side-by-side with the factory pipe: imgur.com/a/9RIg9 I needed to remove the pipe intake from the old pipe and slide it into the pipe on the new to reduce the size of the pipe. There is an Amazon comment describing exactly the process. It has been on there for two years without issue. It cost about $27 to fix.

This is exactly what happened with our van this week. Two errors reported with the sensors and I noticed a little less power. Check the intake hose and there was a pretty good size gash.

There is a differnce between thje 2007 and 2008 Air Intake Assembly. I have a 2007 Hyundai Entourage that uses the same 3.8L V6 engine. You have the option to purchase the Aiir Intake Hose from several suppliers, but ti is the hose only. I just purchased the Air Intake Hose Assembly that includes the Air Intake Hose, Two Resonators, the Breather Tube and most of the clamps required. The priice was approximately $85.00. Interesting video. Did you also make one with instructions regarding how to replace the air intake? It is my understanding that the replacement part that is currently sold doesn't fit quite right and has to be rigged to get it to fit. For reference, mine is a 2008. Thanks!

This bridge is on the 17th Street Causeway in Ft. Lauderdale. It replaced a bridge that wasn't as high, and since it's right next to Port Everglades the old bridge had to open frequently. This one doesn't have to go up as much.
