Only problem I see is running a drive chain with two little sprockets with such a tight radius. It causes a lot of heat buildup, possibly reducing the chain’s life.
Terrible what you and your Wife through. Seems you been very patient. Not sure I be the same. Is all about service after the sale as well. Gainey sells junk it seems.
I was thinking about getting a Mobile Home. I live not far from Clayton Homes factory. I will be sure not to buy from these people. Seem Shady, wont give you a signed copy of a work order with your signature? Not normal.
Bucyrus Erie was a heavy machinery mfg in Milwaukee until the late 90's. I was a huge employer for many blue collar families. Entire communities were built around these type of operations...now all gone. B-E, Allis Chalmers, Heil Corp, Ladish, ACDelco, AOSmith, Vilter...all in the Milwaukee area.
You can completely bypass the jackshaft and plate and put the driven pulley directly on the input shaft of the FNR gearbox. Then you have one chain, from the gearbox output to the axle sprocket. Simplifies the build/fabrication, bypassed an unnecessary potential for failure and removes unecessary moving parts. Less failure points means less fewer replacement parts, less time spent fixing instead of driving, and less "leech effect" on the power between the motor output and the street.
Because it's too much work to be modifying to put a reverse gearbox most of the time you don't need a reverse anyway it's too small for that if you're geared correctly then all you have to do is put your foot on the brake and hit the gas and you'll be able to spin around in a complete circle

That's what I need to know. I have a Kandi cart that I am about to drop a Stage 3 Predator 212 into and I want to retain the BNR shifter. I guess I will make a video about myself after I test it lol...
I'm not exactly sure what this dude is talking about but I'm just like you, I bought a 40 series with a 5/8 board secondary, slit it up on the shaft, drilled and tapped the end of the shaft and used a bolt to secure it as well.
@@BubbaB43 I have the same problem. So you took the pulley apart drilled and tapped it somewhere in the center where the spring was and put a bolt in it?
@@kylebush9454 same, I'm doing an 18hp shaft driven build with a hydro handbrake, I'm probably going to run twin forward reverse gearboxes so it can handle the punishment of drifting on pavement with a 2 speed transmission
Nice project,
Haha I know huh hahahaha lmfao hahahaha 💯🤣🤣😂
What kind of autism do you have?
Your tone of voice and your non stop complaining about pointless nonsense is out of control. This has to be satire.
Adam, you have other problems.
Nice
Should the breather cap be left on? oil leaks while driving, does this happen to you?

Just put the pulley on gearbox, then chain to wheel. Both on the same input/output shaft. No need for second chain.

Hey nice video. How did the gearbox holdup to the 420cc motor over time?
NICE VIDEO, can you know a link or site, where I can find a gearbox to a Loncin 441 cc motor for my boat, forward and rewerse..? THANK's
Looks like a fun unit cheers .
Only been playing for a week. Tried winging this WoodStock stock for the first time today using left and right hands together.

Why is the side ran into the ground? Shouldn't it be on a slab?
thanks for sharing. what year is this from?

Did a great job. This Well turn out to be 280 FT. This Truck is a International 170 1954 model

Starting Point for the shed as per video, aprox 20 ft from tree line into middle and side markers.
The only thing you needed to do was order a OEM comment secondary clutch or just the sheave for the clutch because they have a non built-in keyway.
Could have been a really good video. Had to leave it because of all the up down sideways movement
Using the cvt and the gear box?
I'm using the same on my 18 horsepower when no problem
Don't listen to him use a centrifugal clutch so much easier this is just way too much work for what he's trying to achieve
What the hell does using a centrifugal clutch have anything to do with a reverse gearbox?

pro trick: watch series on Flixzone. I've been using them for watching a lot of movies during the lockdown.
Probably was a bad idea to mounted like that
Does the name anybody use fistacul clutch anymore
But...did it hold up? We really need to know lol.

How did this work out in the end, did it run and if so run well , want to do something similar with my cart

What's the part number/make of the gear box? Where did you get it?
On ebay
@@jgarland57 but what is it called
Ebay has them for $108 and change. They are named Vevor forward reverse gearbox with neutral.
I drilled out the shaft on the gear box and put a bolt to hold the secondary clutch and it worked prefectly fine

I mean 420cc thirteen horse that’s adds up...
Gear box baik mo 9922526033
Ou peux tu prendre une courroie plus longue pour mettre le gear box derrière le moteur
where can we buy this?
Did you ever get it mounted, wondering how it handles 13hp?
I would like to know as well. What reverse gearbox did you use?
How did it hold up to the 13hp looking into one for mine and can’t find anything more that 13hp rating
