The holo mimic has so many tricks, im starting to think it has some insane high level skill tech behind it. The more I play Octo, the more it is revealed to me that he is secretly top-tier. Maybe not much in Solos, but in duos and Trios, he can be so insane. E2 can put a stop to the briefcase holder really hard, just hover near the briefcase holder and E2 denies them Intel.
