Yea that is an issue that comes with this frame but besides that it’s a very nice flying frame but durability is not the greatest

@Gface_FPV I'm only planning to build it for chasing drift cars, so durability isn't a concern. So you can't even use 5" props then? What do you fly with?

Yeah any 5 inch prop will end up hitting the standoffs kind of annoying but I found that the gemfan sbang 4943 prop is what enjoy flying on this frame there are a few different 4.9 inch options that are pretty good too

@@FSAFPV it’s definitely not the most durable frame in the end of this video I crashed going very fast maybe 40 mph and broke both right arms on the frame and snapped the motor wire out of the stators of both AOS supernova motors that were on the right arms, though when ur NOT hauling ass and smacking into stuff and just casually flying and crashing its actually got some pretty Decent durability , that crash at the end of the vid was the first time I broke any arms on the frame and I’ve had it for about 2 months now and have crashed many times before this , So not terrible and besides that the frame flys extremely well , definitely want spare parts if you’re thinking of getting this frame !

i think a 55 amp esc will work as long as the burst current (peak current) is over the rating for these WASP MAJOR V2s which the rating on these motors say the max current reached is ( 63.8 amps ) , so find an esc you like with a burst current OVER that 63.8 amp rating for the motors , I went with a Diatone Mamba ESC that has a burst current of 105amps to be safe www.diatone.us/collections/esc/products/mamba-5-reactor-66-esc-blheli32-4in1-esc-66a-6s very nice ESC but also pretty pricey .

thanks dude appreciate it!! yeah these motors are extremely fast and responsive , I have had some major crashes and yeah durability is surprisingly not that good it only took about three or four crashes before the motor bells get bent on the inside or something and gets extremely tight and doesn't want to spin for shit because of the tight tolerances like you said , but they are very fun motors they perform crazy well , if you ever buy some your def going to need get spares if you know your qaud will get bashed .

the quad in this vid is not the AOS prebuild from iflight , its my own build that I've made with Chris rossers new AOS UL5X frame and his new supernova motors , but i do have iflights nazgul f5 and its not bad at all , though the quad that I'm flying in this vid has better motors than the nazgul and its very light so its extremely agile and fast , so compared to the nazgul id choose the quad in this vid🤙
