It's a game at the end of the day isn't it. I get that people will get frustrated but it's no excuse for this sort of behaviour. I tried my best to escape but my car was already knackered 😂

Thanks pal. Looking at it in the reply I do feel a bit guilty but in the race itself there was no malice behind it I was more just focusing on now slamming on the brakes and spinning the car

I know right. Absolute madness. Also shows why it's worth fighting until the end of the race as you never know what might happen ahead

These things happen. Now I've done a few more ovals I appreciate the mistakes that can happen more. Not ashamed to say I've been on the other end of this more than once now

Couldn't agree more. Fantastic to race aren't they. I'll be back with more Vee action hopefully in a few weeks. Getting over an injury ( not from sim racing) but will be back soon

Cheers pal, yeah was just one of those things. Still pretty new to simracing but using more of the track is definitely something I'm working on. I feel I did a better job my next time round (vid should be up tomorrow) managed to shave a bit of my lap times

I agree I could have backed off more and after watching it back kinda wish I had as probably wouldn't have made contact. But like you said at the same time I was alongside and had the inside line just made contact as neither of us wanted to yield the corner

Good analysis pal. I was verging on a racing incident when I looked at it. The fact I went off heading into the corner put a bit of doubt in my mind over it

So long as it's not my driving 😂. I'll have to take another look when I can to see if I can make it/ future videos any clearer

If you didn't watch until the 2nd clip it is from the front view looking towards the cars which is easier to make out

It is indeed. I agree there's lots of other opportunities and the leader had a good lead before this happened. Could have definitely afforded to wait a few corners. But then again the guy he was lapping did just turn in as if the leader wasn't there in my opinion

This might be something stupid that I'm missing. Lights off? on the cars?

@@limitpointracing lol,, sorry, i mean the video has like a dark film look to it, ,like its constantly in the shadows. like a vignette is constantly over the capture

Oh I'm with you now lol. I had never noticed till you pointed it out. I'll have a look into it. Probably just a setting somewhere in either my video editor or capture software
