I also bought a Tata Altroz xz+ car from The True Sai Works ( Dharmapuri) and I have many problems with that car. They see us only till they buy a car from them and after buying the car their service is not satisfactory. I got the car serviced and after that if I apply the handbrake the car goes forward and backward by itself and they service everything like this. front wiper motor not working i did 3rd service at another service center they replaced me under warranty.
