Personally, you're so petite that it might be worthwhile to invest into a seamstress to hem whichever article you choose to wear. My step-mom did that for me with a dress she thought I would look fabulous in and she was completely correct. I had a dress with embroidery at the edge hem that matched the blue gown and cap I wore! It looked fabulous! I hope you choose the same and choose to wear what makes you feel comfortable, incredible, confident and proud! At the end of the day, it's about YOUR achievement and not random people on the Internet who you won't remember (and likewise, most likely) opinions. Have fun and enjoy being young!
