Where do I find him

Rellana has by far been my favorite fight of the dlc so far. She's tough, but once the rhythm of the fight clicks, she's so much fun to go back and forth with. Looking at your damage numbers and how hard she hits you, I'd suggest going out to find more Scad fragments and then comimg back.
