I often get a bug like this on my other PC. All cloud disappear in a few second. It's probably caused by insufficient graphics performance when you have to munch cloud on the map

Well kind of, I had to turn the global heating down in order to create a storm like this so I guess you could call it a winter storm, but it did produce severe wind gusts and it lasted a while.

@@IHTXVideoMaker yes there were several, if you look closely during the time lapse you can see red boxes, those are tornado warnings. The yellow ones are severe thunderstorm.

Yes, you can play offline which is basically solo player or you can play online with other people. I don't believe that you can make your own private server yet.
