i love a good medium rare/rare+ ribeye myself, but the fat renders nicer at around 135F, adding a burst of flavor to the still tender ribeye

These are shrinkflated Nigerian snacks...sad. I used to consume a whole 1litre pack of the Hollandia strawberry flavoured yoghurt with packs of Belloxy crackers back then. Those yellow crackers used to be my poor student's keep awake snack while studying for exams

Trader joes is 10x better for me especially if you have a lower spice tolerance it’s like takis but less spicer

First of all, these are not typical traditional Nigerian snacks. Our local snacks have little or no sugar, artificial additives. Our "real" snacks are; plantain chips, puff puff, palm kernel nuts, coconuts, wild bush berries, roasted groundnuts, roasted maize and other natural organic snacks.
